ACB housingsModule
The BMC module is use for ACB(air circuit breaker) cover. Because of its good insulating performance, fire resistance, anti-erosion, it is good choice for ACB cover.
We mold different size of module, in which the longest is 950mm, and it is the biggest integral BMC module in the world. Besides, our BMC module can reach high accuracy requirement. The tolerance can reach +/- 0.1mm.
The BMC material we use for producing module has already taken place of M-206-30% BMC from IDI and the properties have exceeded M-206-30% BMC as well.
The mechanical properties:
1.Impact strength: 110Mp
2.Bending strength: 210Mpa
